go to the itch.io home page and at the top there should be a thing were you can download itch.io after downloading it, log in, paste the game's url into the search, then at the bottom of the website page will be the download options, and finally you'll want to download the english version (ENG_ver1.14)

For some reason when I download the 1.16 version and try to open the game, it says the file is corrupted :( I tried two different zip extraction programs and neither worked;; It isn't happening with any other game... and I just checked and the same thing happened with the 1.14 ENG version
I hate how much this moved me, it actually hurts. True ending H is a giant roller coaster of emotions and really reaches out to almost everyone playing because of all the secrets and sorrows unveiled. This game is what true comfort is, dolor and solace merging into one feeling, one of a poignant, saudade, and melancholic emotion. Never stop writing and please continue to make masterpieces like this!
WAIT OKAY I FIGURED IT OUT. I think something the guide didn't mention was that you have to finish making the sedative completely (mix it together and all) before trying to pull that trigger (and you also have to had gathered all the other things first). It works for me after that!!
Ahh, I didn't have that issue. For me, it wasn't showing me that I was getting chased and it made it very difficult to play. I had to contact the developers and they had to look at my game file, after that, it had worked. Very strange issue. I'm glad it worked out for you in the end.

No, you can only download the english version but not play it in your browser :( If you want to download it in english just click the third download
